Job Description
Tech Mahindra is seeking dedicated individuals to provide voice and chat support in an international process. As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll assist customers with their inquiries, resolving billing issues, and even upselling services. For those with more than 1 year of experience, the position of Senior Customer Care Representative is available.
Job and Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent voice and chat support in the US native style.
- Handle billing queries, resolve customer issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Work in a full-time, office-based environment with a 5-day workweek and split weekoffs.
- Be prepared for 24*7 rotational shifts.
Education and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A graduate in any stream.
- Below 45 years of age.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an international process (voice or chat) for Customer Care Representatives.
Salary Range
Tech Mahindra offers competitive salaries, and the range varies depending on your experience and location:
For Pune:
- 1 year experience: Rs 4 lakh per annum
- 2 years experience: Rs 4.6 lakh per annum
For Hyderabad and Noida:
- 1 year experience: Rs 3.85 lakh per annum
- 1.5 years experience: Rs 4.45 lakh per annum
In addition to your salary, Tech Mahindra provides a loyalty bonus of Rs 20,000 within the first year, as per the company’s employment policy.
