Job Description

As a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director in Internal Audit at EY India, you will be responsible for leading and managing a range of audit and consulting engagements for our esteemed clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping organizations enhance their internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal financial controls (IFC), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance, business process reviews, and enterprise risk management (ERM).

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
• Advise clients on implementing best practices and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
• Assess and enhance IFC frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead SOX compliance projects and provide valuable insights to clients.
• Conduct business process reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Help clients establish robust ERM strategies to manage risks effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• 6 to 12 years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Proficiency in internal audit, internal controls, SOPs, IFC, SOX, and business process reviews.
• Strong knowledge of ERM.
• Tech-enabled Risk Consulting knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotives, Energy (Oil & Gas), Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction sectors preferred.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 firm or similar is advantageous.
