Position: NGO Calling Process Executive (NGO-Fundraising)
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for a compassionate individual to join our team as an NGO Calling Process Executive. In this role, you will be an integral part of our mission to create meaningful change through fundraising initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- đ Conduct outbound calls to individuals, businesses, and organizations, introducing them to our NGO’s mission, programs, and initiatives.
- đ¤ Build and maintain positive relationships with donors through regular follow-up calls, updates, and expressions of gratitude.
- đ Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the impact of our NGO’s projects, inspiring potential donors to contribute financially.
- âšī¸ Provide detailed information about fundraising campaigns, events, and ongoing projects to encourage participation and support.
- đ Record and maintain accurate information on donor interactions, contributions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- đ¤ Collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams to develop and implement calling scripts, strategies, and promotional materials.
- đ Meet or exceed fundraising goals and targets set by the organization by conveying the importance of financial contributions to the NGO’s success.
- đ Address donor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- đ Stay informed about the NGO’s current projects, campaigns, and activities to provide accurate and compelling information to potential supporters.
- đ Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance calling skills, fundraising knowledge, and understanding of the NGO’s mission.
Qualifications:
- đ Previous experience in a similar fundraising or sales role is preferred.
- đŖ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- â¤ī¸ Empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for the NGO’s mission.
- đ¤ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- đ° Strong organizational and time management skills.
- đģ Comfortable using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- đ Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection.
- đ Basic knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies.
- đ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.
- đ High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: âš12,000.00 – âš25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Saturday
- 9 AM to 5 PM
Experience:
